Precautions for Delger detection tube:
1. Do not use the Delger detection tube when it expires. Dispose of the testing tube or packaging according to local regulations and return it. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to come into contact.
2. The substance inside the detection tube is toxic. Do not swallow. Avoid skin or eye contact. Be careful of glass shards when opening the detection tube.
3. The detection tube can only be used in conjunction with the following Delger pumps: Accuro hand pump (6400000) and X-act 5000 automatic sampling pump. If other pumps are used, measurement errors may occur. The single sampling volume of the Delger manual sampling pump is 100ml, and other brands of detection tubes can use Delger manual pumps for sampling.
4. The test results are only applicable to the date and location measured at that time.
5. Avoid contact between the filling material of the tube and the skin. The filling material is corrosive. Isolate unauthorized individuals present.
6. The packaging tape includes the ordered quantity, shelf life, storage temperature, and serial number. Please provide the serial number when querying.
Validity period of Delger detection tube:
Many users are very concerned about the expiration date of Delger detection tubes. Delger detection tubes circulating in China generally have two expiration dates.
1. It is the shelf life of the cold storage, which is printed on the label paper of the detection tube, usually in black font. The Delger inspection tube is transported through cold chain after leaving the factory in Germany, which provides higher safety protection for the quality of the inspection tube. After arriving in China, it is still stored in a cold storage, and the black printed date is the recommended maximum storage date in the cold storage. Generally, the storage period in a cold storage is 18 months.
2. The Delger detection tube also has a second date stamped in blue. There are two types of this date: one is stamped with the outbound date, which can be stored for another two years in a normal environment after outbound. There is also a type of blue stamp date that is a countdown date, and the expiration date after two years is calculated based on the date it has been shipped out.
